**This is an administrative role with the main purpose of**: - To provide a full administrative and secretarial support to the Primary Care Team on agreed tasks for specified GP services for the Alliance. Take accurate notes and minutes at meetings as required. Diary management for team meetings, and to act as first point of contact via the Primary Care inbox. This includes arranging meetings To establish and maintain office systems and administrative procedures to achieve high standards of clerical services.

Answering financial queries often contentious and sensitive from GPs and Practice Managers. Keeping record of payment activity data associated with practice claims via electronic spreadsheets. Support the Primary Care Team on work programmes to process Local Enhanced Services To work in collaboration with other ICB staff supporting the team as appropriate. To support the NHSE Gateway messages with other team members in a timely manner and often to deadlines.
