We want to hear from people who are passionate about delivering a Premium Customer Service experience for our patients.

**What will I be doing?**

You will be based in our Nottingham Hub. Where we are in the exciting phase of developing a new centralised team to manage both patient and Hearing Aid Dispenser communications and diary activity.

The primary purpose of the role is to manage multiple Hearing Aid Dispenser diaries as well as other administrative duties to meet the needs of our patients and to optimise Hearing Aid Dispenser resource. You will occasionally be dealing with inbound calls from patients as well as making outbound calls to confirm attendance with patients to ensure daily appointments runs smoothly.

**Do you have?**
- A ‘can do' attitude
- The drive and desire to provide excellent customer service
- Experience within an administrator role or similar
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience of providing customer care
- The ability to multi-task
- A good working knowledge of IT (Basic Microsoft Office packages)
- Good organisational and admin skills
- The ability to make a positive contribution to a lively and dynamic team environment
