Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily and future bookings within our system, ensuring accurate resource allocation and timely communication with subcontractors, taxi services, and volunteers.
  • Coordinate and dispatch operational crews to guarantee efficient patient collection and delivery, meeting contractual targets and prioritizing patient well-being.
  • Handle incoming requests for patient transport and inquiries regarding ambulance journeys with professionalism and accuracy, adhering to established procedures and protocols.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, booking list verification, and completing necessary forms or invoices.
  • Maintain a high standard of service quality by effectively communicating with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with hospital staff and other agencies to ensure seamless patient flow and address any urgent issues promptly.
