Rolls-Royce & Partners Finance Limited (“RRPF”) is a jet engine leasing company with the largest global portfolio of Rolls-Royce and IAE V2500-A5 aero engines. **What you will be doing**:
In this role you will initiate business-wide engagement, understanding deficiencies, provide strategic direction and insight to identify areas of value creation and lead the business on quality improvements in all areas. You will also;
- Partake in the transformation of in-house created digital systems and commercial products for the global aviation industry
- To support effective resource planning, budget, suppliers/partners, management, reporting and coordination of projects/initiatives to deliver change
- Work with Operations Director to scope digital systems to support business transformation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, guidelines and infrastructures that meet Group and Business governance and Commercial functional requirements.
- Maintain day to day relationship with internal (Rolls-Royce IT) and external system vendors

- Able to quickly understand business processes and its requirements
- Affinity with process development and standardisation

- Excellent organisational and communication skills (written and oral)
- Good IT skills
