**Pay & Hours**:
We offer a competitive pay of up to £12.00 per hour for role depending on experience. 20 hours per week over 5 days.

**The Role**:
At Wenzel's, we have an exciting opportunity for an Community Coordinator to join our team. In this position, you'll play a crucial role in our Office Team, contributing to the smooth running of daily operations. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer queries and inquiries through social media channels and ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage community interactions, address shop requirements and respond to customer inquiries and challenges
- Coordinate internal staffing needs, ensuring a seamless flow of daily activities
- Maintain an organised and welcoming office environment
- Be a point of contact for our team and valued customers, fostering a positive community atmosphere
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to maintain the accuracy of Wenzel's brand voice
