This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing businesses in the training sector in the Construction industry.
We're looking for Experienced Business development managers to join the team to win new business and develop our customer base by building new working relationships with Trade Businesses and offer them the opportunity to enrol onto one of our training programmessuch as our 7 figure business builder Academy and take their business to the next level.
This is a sales and development role and you will be given all of the training and tools you need to succeed. We use the very best in CRM software, have cutting edge marketing to provide extremely hot leads and the best products in the market.
We provide high levels of training to all of our BDM's through our internal training portal Cardone university built and created by one of the world's leading sales trainers.
This is a hybrid role based in the office in Peterborough/ from home and out in the field visiting businesses.
Business Development Manager key responsibilities:
Converting hot leads into sales appointments for face-to-face business consultations.
Visiting businesses to present our training solutions.
Visit 3-5 businesses a day upon passing probations
Developing & maintaining lasting relationships with clients
Hitting monthly sales targets
About You
A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales is essential
Working in B2B sales
Attending events & Networking with clients
Great negotiator with a passion for sales
A people person with the natural ability to build rapport quickly
Motivated, energetic and goal oriented
Drive and determination to succeed
Ability to manage your own workload
