An exciting opportunity has arisen for Administrators to work for a local authority.
This is a temporary post for a minimum of 12 weeks with the option to become permanent for the right person.This role will involve cleaning files and scanning documents to a digital archive system. This will require you to be able to carry out the following tasks.
- Prepare physical documentation for scanning in accordance with file preparation procedure.
- Scanning of documents on high-speed scanning stations and image capture
- Quality check completed scanned document and save document file onto the Network Storage System.
- Accurately file name and index scanned documents.
- The physical retrieval of hardcopy files from the onsite storage location.
- The physical return of hardcopy files to allocated shelf in the onsite storage location.
- Highlight any issues to the line management
