**Sales Executive**
You will manage all sales through your own skill and the leadership of a team of international sales agents. You should have an in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, global relationship building, accountmanagement, and closing deals.
You will be a quick learner with astrong team and negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others.

- High level of IT skills ideally including CRM experience (ideally HubSpot)

- Deal with the smallest to the biggest lead with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Experience in sales management in both B2C and B2B
Preferred skills
- Technically minded to understand production challenges
- Language skills is advantageous but not essential
- Experience of working in an eCommerce business
- Ideally background in hobby, maritime or luxury sector
- Bachelor’s degree in business
- Experience / Qualification in Project Management
**What will my role as a Sales Executive look like?**
- Qualify/action / allocate incoming leads who are both B2C and B2B, Develop and grow long-lasting relationships with B2C and B2B customers by matching their needs
- Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our products and service offerings. The company currently has over 1,000 SKUs on offer which will increase this year
- On-going competitor and market and product research: Identify and monitor the competition by gathering current market information on pricing & product
- On-going business development to include exploring new markets/sectors, new suppliers, and new products and services
- Setting the right pricing strategy for our products and services.
- Create and maintain a global master price list for all our products and services, including the pricing for new products and projects
- Liaise with suppliers to prepare pricing for bespoke products for our customers
- Achieve sales objectives through: effective planning; setting and monitoring delivery against monthly and yearly sales targets; analysis of performance data; and projecting future sales performance
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals/tenders and presentations for new business
- Train, motivate and advise a team of international sales agents in the US, Australia, and France. Recruit and train new agents in line with our international expansion
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends our global reach including the development of outbound leads
- Become the champion for our existing CRM (HubSpot) to maximise the ROI on Sales and Marketing
- Represent the company externally at networking events, conferences, and exhibitions to optimise all business
- Report on monthly, quarterly and annual sales figures to the team
- Develop and execute an outbound sales strategy to grow the B2B side of the business
