Office Coordinator

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading IT services company, with the appointment of an Office Coordinator.
The business is extremely well-established and has become a leading supplier of refurbished IT hardware. They have offices located all over Europe, including a small close-knit team in Central Bristol minutes away from Temple Meads station.
They are looking for a highly motivated individual that can provide effective financial and office support, strengthening the current team and bringing fresh enthusiasm to the role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing and invoicing sales orders
- Liaising with suppliers and chasing delivery times
- Data entry for maintenance targets
- Handling customer queries and disputes
- Credit control duties
- Managing team expenses and ordering office supplies
As part of your training, you will spend a week in their Head Office in France. The company also have annual trips to Europe to support with stock takes, all expenses paid for. Therefore, if you are bilingual / French-speaking, this would very much be desirable when speaking with clients and colleagues.
About the role:
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 with 1 hour lunch.
- 1 day WFH per week upon completion of probation period.
- You will need strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook) is essential.
- Annual bonus scheme - based personal targets and team performance.
- Salary £22,000 (+ annual bonus)
