We were founded in 1986 by a mechanical engineer who specialises primarily in Warm Air Heating. A wealth of versatile talent and experience has helped the company branch out into all modern aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Renewable services.

We are looking for a Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice to join our team as an Office Coordinator.

The role is split between helping both Service and Office managers with their every day admin tasks. This includes organising and service to the engineers, call-outs, and invoicing support. For the Office Manager who deals with the operational management you will be assisting accounts.

**What will the apprentice be doing?**
- Answering the phone and dealing with calls to relevant person.
- Organising and distributing post
- Organinsing engineers - address, job number, contact details, job description and detail.
- Ordering hire equipment if required.
- Working with contractors team to arrange Health and safety, keeping on top of all legislation and regulations, working towards producing the method, risk assessments and COSSH paperwork, tool box talks paperwork.
- CHAS - Health and safety certification / accreditation
- Assisting with contracting team to obtain quotes.
- Organining and dealing with petty cash.
- Working with finance team to chase aged debt, help to resolve any issues with non payers or invoice issues.
- Booking appointments / surveys and managing diaries.
- Assessment management of PPE and tools, calibration, stationary and company uniforms.
- Filing.
- Meet and greet.
- Office equipment maintenance.
- Meeting Minute taking.
- Assisitng with utilities - gas and electric contracts.
- Engineers paperwork, dayworks sheets and timesheets.
- Stock control - fittings and consumables.
- CRM updates to include: Updating - customers address details, contact name and number, equipment with model, s/n, gas council, rating.

Skills we are looking for:

- Some knowledge of office administration
- Microsoft office skills on Word, Excel etc
- Able to adapt, answer the phones and confidence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £12,500.00-£14,000.00 per year
