Admin Coordinator - SEND and Access Arrangements

Actual Salary: £20,633 to £21,894

35 hours per week, Term Time Only (39 weeks per year)

The post holder will oversee admin processes relating to high needs funding, Educational Healthcare Plans, transition information and exam access arrangements. In this role, you will collaborate closely with staff, external agencies, parents/carers and students to monitor and coordinate SEND and Access Arrangement documentation. Your helpful nature means you’ll be on hand to help anybody with anything that will make their life easier and ensure our students have the best experience at the college.

This is an extremely busy and varied role with multiple priorities so you’ll need to be super-organised and able to allocate work amongst the team ensuring deadlines are met, and work under pressure at times.

This role would suit someone who is proactive, flexible and is able to bring high energy to a team that supports colleagues across the college. You will need a good understanding of admin/clerical skills in a wide range of activities, ideally in an education/SEND setting (although not essential).

This role is 35 hours per week between 08:00 and 16:00 Monday to Friday (start and finish times may vary to ensure cover across the week).
