**Operations Support Coordinator**

Airmec Essential Services is one of the UK’s longest specialist air and water treatment solution providers. We operate on a national basis and work with a range of clients within High Security establishments, Healthcare, Local Government, Education and more.

We have a great vacancy for an **Operations Support Coordinator **to join our Head Office in Bradley Stoke. You will be playing a key role in the operations support team. Supporting the Operations Managers and team to achieve service deliverables covering all contract requirements, building and maintaining relationships with both internal teams and external customers.

**Some of the responsibilities of your role will include**
- Tracking contract renewals, raising, and issuing quotations to the customer to support the sales team as required.
- Customer liaison; handling all queries
- Creating and managing contract plans and schedules
- Oversee contracts in conjunction with Account Managers to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Oversee all booking in requirements with customers/technicians and subcontractors.
- Administration of customer portals and databases
- Ensure all relevant documentations are provided to site prior to visit.
- Escalating queries, additional work on site
- Collate and Review job completion documentation.
- Absence cover for various admin tasks and Operations Support
- Ad-hoc duties as required to suit the need of the business.

**About you**
- Collaboration & Communication: a team player able to liaise and support Sales, Operations Team and people at all levels.
- Strong written and verbal skills to ensure clear and professional communication.
- Excellent understanding and experience within Customer Service
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage busy workload and prioritise, both individually and as part of the team.
- Attention to detail: able to pro-actively spot potential errors to ensure processes are delivered right first time.

**Education**:
