- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to crew coordination activities

- Experience in crew coordination, work planning, or a related field.
- Organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for crew coordination and documentation management.
- Knowledge of global mobility processes and regulations is advantageous.
