We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused experienced Office Administrator to support our team in ensuring the smooth running of our head office. You will be dealing directly with customers both face to face and over the phone, as well as working as part of a wider team to maintain our high standards, and ensure each customer has a positive experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in the preparation of Industry specific reports and other documents
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

**Key Skills**:
While previous administration experience is essential, specific elements of this role will have training provided.

- Experience using Microsoft Office software
- Excellent typing skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Familiarity with office equipment and computer systems
