Part-time hours are between 7:30 and 16:30 Monday to Friday, either mornings or afternoons, with the occasional Saturday morning required too (hours worked on Saturdays can be taken back the following Friday afternoon). Full-time applicants will also be considered.
- Duties:_
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain an inviting and supportive environment for customers to arrive into
- Liaise with the wider team effectively, to help support customer requirements and organisation within the business
- Provide excellent customer service by dealing with enquiries, supporting customer needs and promoting the business
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain customer records
- Qualifications:_
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Previous experience using Outlook and Microsoft Office
