**Key Accountabilities**:

- Working across multi-ERP systems in use within the Division, ensuring master data is kept up to date in a timely and accurate manner. This includes but not limited to:
- Sales and purchase price changes- Building a CRM Database- New item codes- Duplication checking and archiving obsolete data- Monitoring the supplier inbox to ensure information is forwarded to the internal owner and updates are processed as directed.- Support the Trade Sales Marketing Manager to report on marketing incentives.- Provide day to day support to the sales teams**Desirable Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required**:

- Excel and basic data manipulation skills- Experience cleaning and maintaining datasets within ERP systems- Organised approach to work and meeting deadlines- Ability to multi-task and juggle priorities from multiple stakeholders**Personal Attributes**:
