About the Role:
Groomfield Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team at the Head Office in Tamworth. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in enhancing organisational and people capabilities, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor, building credible and influential relationships with key stakeholders.
- Work with senior managers to resolve people challenges and provide coaching and commercial guidance.
- Use data to identify people priorities and address workforce needs, offering creative solutions across the employee lifecycle to improve experience and value proposition.
- Support business objectives and change programmes with significant people implications, partnering with managers in recruitment, employee relations, talent management, and performance.
- Drive high performance and a strong development culture, providing employee relations advice and overseeing ER casework.
- Monitor, measure, and report training issues and achievements, ensuring effective HR administrative duties in the absence of the HR Administrator.
Requirements:
- CIPD qualification with extensive post-qualifying experience in a generalist advisory role.
- Experience in fast-paced environments such as manufacturing or engineering.
- Knowledge of the employee life-cycle and a passion for engagement and leadership capabilities.
- Proven track record of implementing HR strategy focused on performance management and employee engagement.
- Stakeholder management experience, providing advice and support to senior managers.
- Ability to drive change, handle difficult situations positively, and challenge appropriately.
- Strong commercial acumen, integrity, and personal credibility.
