**What is the Role?**

As a Process Change Owner you will be responsible for the identification, root cause analysis and solution delivery for improvement opportunities within the customer service area of Business Energy - through collaborate working with process stakeholders and effective implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies. Your role will include:

- Identification of CI opportunities within the process area.
- Engagement with key stakeholders; building strong working relationships and facilitating the growth of CI understanding and cultural development.
- Responsibility for presenting findings, conclusions and implementation plans to stakeholders, including up to Director level.
- Delivery of successful CI projects and initiatives which eliminate waste and realise cost benefit, and/or facilitate improvement in key service outputs.

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Excellent communication and planning skills with the ability to articulate using a range of methods to suit the required audience.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt accredited.
- Experience in delivering successful CI projects.
- Proactive and forward-thinking approach with the ability to balance the needs of both the customer and business.
