**What is the Role?**

Are you an experienced Project Manager or Planner who is passionate about sales and delivering against business objectives, then this could be the next role for you?

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Energy Customer Solutions team to be responsible for leading on all aspects of planning and analysing across all Sales operational teams to meet customer demands, ensuring we are delivering against service levels with a focus on cost efficiencies. The role will also include business innovation and improvements to ensure that we maximise sales opportunities. As the Sales planner your role will include:

- Developing a short, mid and long-term forecast based on our service delivery strategy using statistical modelling proactively determining risk and opportunities through scenario analysis.
- Explore and provide insight to ensure team managers have sufficient capacity in all operational teams to meet customer demand, making sure we deliver against service levels with a focus on cost efficiencies.
- Ensure a robust process is place, and an appropriate level of model complexity and tooling is in use. Delivering timely and accurate production of a range of key monthly reporting.
- Work with our information governance board through data owner to improve the underlying data architecture to ensure data is robust, accurate and fit for production use. You will implement continuous improvements in the forecast including opportunities to streamline and automate.
- Provide expert knowledge, insight and key information into transformation programmes, regulatory changes and BE strategy that informs the future direction of BE sales and supports the business.

**What do I need?**

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Experience in workforce management (WFM) in a customer service-based environment.
- Strong technical skills covering SQL and Excel and experience working with data visualisation tools for best-in-class reporting.
- Proven planning and project management skills including communication and engagement.
- Previous experience in the Energy industry and understanding of the differing markets would be advantageous but not essential.
- Travel to all the advertised base locations will be required.
