**About the Role**

**Base Location**: Flexible, however our preference is that you will be based in one of our key UK or Ireland sites, which includes but is not limited to:

- Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen, Inverness, Reading, Havant, Belfast or Dublin.

**Salary**: £45,400 - £68,200 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

**Working Pattern**: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The Source to Payment (S2P) Global Process Owner will principally own the Procurement elements of the Source to Pay process both domestically and internationally.They will be the focal point for development and support of S2P systems and processes within SSE.

To facilitate world class procurement, the S2P Global Process Owner will be responsible for implementing processes and systems that support the international business and through knowledge of emerging procurement practices and technologies, identify opportunities for enhancement.

They will engage effectively with key corporate stakeholders (Procurement & Commercial, Finance, HR, IT) as well as purchasers within the business (including international colleagues), and will be measured against KPIs demonstrating the effectiveness of the S2P process and systems.

The initial objective will be delivery of the international ERP Minimum Viable Product in the first year (MVP). The main system development focus will be the requisition to receipt elements within Oracle Fusion, Jaggaer sourcing and the supplier on boarding process.

Key responsibilities will be:

- Support the deployment of the Oracle Fusion ERP platform into different international jurisdictions.
- Manage the relationship between Procurement and the Procurement Systems Owner / IT.
- Develop and deliver training on Procurement systems and processes to both Procurement & Commercial colleagues and the wider business.
- Deliver continuous improvement to Procurement systems and processes, driving best practice.

**What do I need?**

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- A detailed understanding of the workings of the Source to Pay process with experience of ERP (Procurement modules) and stand-alone sourcing systems (experience of Oracle and Jaggaer would be advantageous).
- Experience of deploying systems to large groups of users and supporting the migration of associated data.
- Strong analytical skills - the ability to analyse and document processes and behaviours and to be able to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Experience of writing and delivering training materials.
- A track record of delivering change.
