**As an Operations Administrator our role will include;**
- Working within a small team, handle and process payouts of asset finance opportunities in accordance with the defined criteria and checks;
- Handle and monitor new proposals and documentation to ensure that a market leading customer service is maintained;
- Liaise with colleagues in Credit in order to provide all documentation/information required on new proposals;
- To act as a broker liaison point, assisting with document preparation and general queries
- To deal appropriately with all incoming calls from customers, brokers, agents and suppliers/third parties;
- Ensuring that data protection and money laundering guidelines are followed at all times;
- To ensure the fraud, valuation, proposal and outstanding deals log are updated and maintained;
- Production and dispatch of Welcome Packs.
