**The Role**

The person appointed will work with a team of vocational management and academic staff in the delivery and development of high quality, learner and employer centred apprenticeship provision. The post focuses on the continuous improvement of the quality of apprenticeships working directly with the Sales/Recruitment Hub, curriculum teams and the Quality Improvement Team. To support with E portfolio training - with learners/employers, new/existing staff in the business To manage the daily One File tasks To upload resources including digital recordings of workshops

**What Will You Bring to the Role**
- **Encouraging**: Working with staff and peers individually and in groups on apprenticeship programs necessitates a supportive and motivating approach. Providing high levels of support, including guidance sessions on OneFile.
- **Creating**: Generating creative ideas and improving ways of working through exploration and abstract thinking.
- **Exploring**:To stay up to date in a changing education, training and working landscape, having appropriate digital skills to support this is generating new resources and maintaining resources.
- **Organizing**: Day to day diary management activities and meeting deadlines comes with the majority of rules. Being proficient in this skill set is required as well as being able to work with a flexible positive attitude.
