Engineering Technician Apprenticeship

This exciting opportunity at ENGINEERINGUK offers a 4-year Apprenticeship in Engineering, resulting in the Level 3 Engineering Technician qualification. You will participate in comprehensive training courses and team-building events, tackling real challenges while taking on increasing responsibility.
With an estimated annual salary of £20,000, rising to completion of each academic year, plus an annual bonus and benefits, this role provides a competitive remuneration package.
The ideal candidate should possess GCSEs Grade C / 4 or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English, demonstrate a strong interest in Engineering and Leadership, and be willing and able to travel to our Plymouth site and City College Plymouth.
- Develop your skills in diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical faults, applying relevant Mars quality and safety systems to ensure people's and products' safety.
- Work across various areas in our factory, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Utilities, gaining hands-on experience.
You will have demonstrated leadership, ownership, and accountability for equipment by successfully completing the Engineering Apprenticeship.
