**Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator**
An excellent team player that will work with, and support colleagues to achieve business targets is highly desirable.
Positive representation of the business and promotion of apprenticeships is expected at all times.
(DBS) check and must hold a full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle for business use is essential.
**The Role**
The role of recruitment coordinator is to identify the most appropriate route for apprentices that they have been directly recruited by the employer, and support an employer to recruit a suitable apprentice for any vacancies that they may have.
The candate is expected to work with integrity and only provide apprenticeship opportunities to those employers and apprentices that meet eligibility criteria.
The recruitment coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation is accurately completed and meets the requirements for funding.
It is expected that the retruitment coordinator will undergo a significant period of training to support their effectiveness to meet role related targets, understanding of the organisation and measures in place to maintain contract compliance.
The recruitment coordinator will work with other departments to identify suitable support systems that remove barriers and provide individuals with opportunities that cater for all learners regardless of ability.
A flexible approach is required along with a willingness to work outside of normal hours to meet the demands of the business is highly advantageous.
