We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and building brand awareness. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement
- Manage all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TicTok and YouTube
- Create and curate engaging content such as posts, videos, and graphics
- Monitor social media trends and stay up-to-date with industry best practices
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated campaigns
- Analyze social media data and generate reports on key metrics
- Stay informed about current events and trends that may impact the brand's reputation

**Experience**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas
- Familiarity with public relations principles is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
