**Responsibilities - working with the Marketing Manager**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Implement SEO strategies to increase website traffic
- Increase brand awareness and support wider business activities (inc. sales support) through effective social media campaigns
- Content creation around new products, client projects, business activities including open days and trade shows
- Manage marketing projects from inception to completion
- Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Utilise effective time management skills to meet deadlines
- Collaborate with the team on various marketing initiatives including trade shows, open days, supplier and client events

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- A keen interest in all aspects of digital marketing and website/digital development.
- Experience with Office 365 including MS Teams
- Experience with Canva, Adobe, Wix
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to analyse and present marketing data sets
- Familiarity with Google Ads and other digital marketing tools
- Excellent time management skills
