**CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE**

We are recruiting a Customer Service Executive to join the Customer Support team at a market leading business in York city centre. With over half a century of industry excellence, a bespoke experience is at the heart of everything this growing company does. They process bookings for over 50,000 customers each year with their tailor made packages with many repeat customers year on year

Your role will provide a key line of communication with the customer to provide a quality service in line with the luxury experiences this company offers.

**WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW...**

**Salary**: Up to £24,380

Full-time - Mon-Fri 9-5.30 you will be required to work 1 in every 4 weekends with a day off in lieu for either day. (Sat 9-5 and Sun 10-4)

**A SNAPSHOT OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE'S DAY...**
- You will be the first point of contact for customers when they require support.
- Responsible for issuing booking confirmations, processing web bookings and resolving queries, along with supporting the administration team.
- Booking UK rail and hotel requirements to enhance the customer’s experience.
- You will also be expected to arrange visas and carry out mobility checks to ensure customers’ mobility expectations are met.

- Able to demonstrate an engaging and enthusiastic interest in travel.
- Creative in solving problems.
- Good time management and prioritisation skills.
