We also run a morning and afternoon shuttle car service to the office, from both Farnborough Main and Camberley train stations.

Do you thrive in a fast paced, customer focused environment? We are seeking a Service Engagement lead to join our talented Network Services team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to use your leadership and interpersonal skills to develop and nurture consumer relationships, and to ensure that their expectations are met through bi-directional communication. If you have a passion for customer service and a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity to make a positive impact.
**Responsibilities**:
- You will engage directly with consumers to create and maintain great relationships
- Be the first point of contact for consumers inquiries and concerns
- You’ll anticipate consumer needs and predict future requirements
- Provide leadership and insight to improve the Network Services engagement process
- You will collaborate with network process experts to ensure consumer feedback is incorporated into process improvement efforts
- You’ll help simplify the network Service engagement process for consumers
- Be a regular liaison between Network Services and consumers to ensure a smooth, positive experience for everyone involved.
