Do you have the drive to make a difference by living our values every day to deliver an excellent customer experience? You'll add significant value providing a tenancy sustainment service working with our customers to be there to call on when they need help. You'll work with them to help them sustain their tenancy, understand their needs, offer support and take action to help them develop their skills and behaviours.

With previous experience in a similar role, you’ll be a great communicator, who cares about putting our customers at the heart of everything you do. You’ll have outstanding knowledge of creating, developing, supporting and delivering meaningful tenant involvement helping customers to scrutinise, shape and influence services.

With a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives through our customer communications, you’ll bring to life our personality and take our customers on the journey with us. You’ll champion an inclusive approach every time you engage with our customers, along with a curiosity to continually learn best practice and use this in the way we communicate with our customers.

**You’ll be able to **
- Deliver customer involvement initiatives and activities that encourage and empower customers to shape, influence and challenge services.
- Plan and deliver training and support for our customers and colleagues.
- Create and produce key customer communications, gathering information to develop engaging stories.
- Develop and deliver exciting, dynamic and innovative ideas to complement, add value and improve our customer communication and engagement.
- Be adaptable and brilliant at working in partnership with our customers, colleagues and communities.
- Support our teams to understand our customers better to influence service delivery, remove barriers and ensure the accessibility of services.
- Provide assurance and support we’re meeting the consumer standards delivering excellent customer focused communication and engagement.
