Are you a marketeer who is passionate about making customers happy and ensuring they only receive the most purposeful and effective communications? Join us in this significant new role within our Customer Communications Centre of Excellence to evaluate, agree, prioritise and optimise communications plans for delivery.

You will support the development and delivery of all customer communications, ensuring they are strategically aligned and cohesive. You will work collaboratively with business stakeholders to understand the very high volume of requirements and triage requests for the delivery teams. You will not be afraid to challenge and push back; always having the customer experience at the heart of all decisions.

Our UK Marketing team supports our growth in the UK by understanding our target customers and what they need and want from us, developing propositions to surprise and delight them and by creating and developing award-winning customer communications that help customers and clients make more of their money every day.

In this role, you will:

·Co-ordinate and manage all requests for customers communications from business stakeholders following a clearly defined process.

·Help to devise then support the delivery of a robust triage process based on agreed, strategic priorities and evaluation of customer and business outcomes versus required resources.

·Manage the communications runway ensuring that activity is effectively scheduled – providing ‘air traffic control’ that adheres to agreed contact strategy rules.

·Work with business stakeholders create an annual plan based on multi product, seasonal messages.

·Ensure that customer communications activity aligns with paid, social and brand activity for the WPB UK business.

·Provide a single view of all customer communications and maintain an up-to-date inventory of activities and ownership.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Demonstrable marketing experience across all channels and multiple categories
• Experience of challenging and pushing back on senior stakeholders whilst maintaining strong professional relationship
• Experience of managing and co-ordinating a large amount (hundreds) of requests simultaneously.
• Passionate about customers and delivering against customer needs and balancing business objectives.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to produce clear updates to the wider team and senior leadership.

This role is based in Birmingham / London/ Leeds/ Chester / Sheffield.
