**Job Overview:** Zachary Daniels Recruitment is seeking a talented Capacity Planning Expert to join our client's ecommerce planning team.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to enhance online trading opportunities related to customer slots, slot pricing, and coverage.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Store Profile Analysis: Analyze store profiles based on data-driven evidence to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Data Management: Ensure key databases and tools used by the online planning team are up-to-date and aligned with the latest best practices.
  3. System Integration: Test new systems and integrate them with existing processes and tools to optimize efficiency.
  4. Capacity Release: Identify opportunities within the online operating model and space utilization to release additional capacity across the network.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Ecommerce, digital operations, and retail teams to successfully implement changes.
  6. Growth Strategy: Plan and monitor growth for future capacity planning to ensure seamless expansion.
  7. Capacity Modeling: Use a model to measure and track network capacity to inform investment strategies and understand operational realities.
  8. Delivery Coverage Optimization: Optimize delivery coverage by store to maximize available capacity and deliver efficiently.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: Proven experience in logistics or transport planning roles.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills highly desirable.
  3. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Attention to Detail: Good attention to detail to manage workload effectively.
  5. Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive approach in dealing with problems and queries in a busy environment.

Estimated salary: £45,000 per annum, bonus scheme available.
