About the Role

We're seeking a currently practicing Financial Planner, ideally Chartered, with a minimum of 3 years' experience within a Financial Advisory Practice (independent or restricted). The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing clients' financial needs and goals, developing lifetime planning strategies, and providing an ongoing advice service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse clients' financial needs and goals
  • Develop lifetime planning strategies
  • Provide ongoing advice service to clients

The ideal candidate will possess technical knowledge and experience across all aspects of financial planning, including tax-efficient investment planning, pensions and retirement planning, protection, and estate planning. A mortgage advice licence is not a requirement, but additional specialisms in Pensions, Trusts and/or Long-Term Care and membership accreditation with professional bodies such as STEP, SOLA and Resolution would be highly advantageous.

Requirements:
  • Chartered or within a year of achieving Chartered Status
  • Proficient with digital client meeting tools, such as Microsoft Teams, and experience with Microsoft 365, CRM and compliance systems
  • Aspirational and adaptable to change, understanding and sharing our corporate culture

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits, including a comprehensive pension scheme and annual leave entitlement.
