As Clinical Head of Healthcare, you will play a vital role in our Haematology-Oncology Business Unit, driving business growth and improving the lives of patients.

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced healthcare professional to take ownership of strategic account planning, sales execution, and local market access. The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering results-driven sales and access strategies, aligning with our company's vision and goals.

You will be responsible for developing and executing local business strategies, leveraging your expertise in Key Account Management and market access to drive business growth. A strong understanding of the UK/Ireland healthcare system and pharmaceutical industry is essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a hybrid (virtual and F2F) capacity with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute local business strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead on sales execution, ensuring alignment with company vision and goals.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage expertise and drive results.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and implement sales and access strategies to meet business objectives.

About You:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales and/or local market access.
  • Proven track record of success in Key Account Management and/or market access.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid (virtual and F2F) capacity with customers.
