As a Training Centre Administrator & Learning Coach, you will be accountable for supporting the delivery and of courses and programmes and take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Training Centre in conjunction with the Learning Coach. This is a busy job and the ability to multi task is essential.

Summary of main duties (not an exhaustive list):

- Opening the centre and welcoming students to our centre
- Answering the telephone for all centres in our group and taking messages as required
- Completing student inductions
- Managing the training centre diary/calendar/inbox
- Liaising with the company PA to order and maintain stocks
- Play an integral part of the centre team, identifying upselling opportunities to existing students
- Responsible for celebrating student’s success, ensuring photos are taken and testimonials are sought for marketing purposes
- General administration and record keeping, ensuring high levels of accuracy
- Sharing in the responsibility and management of the day to day running of the training centre
- Undertaking any other duties reasonably requested by a company director in the delivery of the organisations’ objectives.

**HOURS OF WORK**

**22.5 hours over 3 days.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 5 years (required)
