An influencer talent agency connecting brands such as Spotify, Revolut and Warner Bros with their growing portfolio of talent across all sectors from fashion, beauty and lifestyle to sport.

This is the UK’s fastest growing Influencer Marketing agency managing over 400 campaigns monthly through brand partnership negotiations, social media management and personal brand development.

**The Job**
You will join the team as a Creative Campaign Manager in what is a detail orientated role within the wider Client Services Team.

This is an excellent time to join the company as they are currently 15 people and set to double and treble over the coming 12 months due the huge load of work and as such offering great career progression and management opportunity.

opportunity for someone with some talent management experience looking to take that next step by working with award inning individuals with a company growing a fats pace.

Role Responsibilities:

- Create pitch decks for some of the world’s biggest brands
- Write campaign briefs and creative concepts for talent
- Work closely with talent to ensure content is delivered on time, every time
- Ensure the smooth running of the campaign
- Assess budgets, teams and resources to ensure the effective delivery of brand campaigns

The team work 5 days per week from a young, vibrant and energetic office with a great atmosphere and social environment. There is flexibility to work remotely once probation is passed to ensure systems and processes are fully in place.

Office hours are 9:30 - 5:30.
- Brings a positive approach to work and will contribute to the office culture
- 2+ years’ experience in marketing or social media
- An understanding of social trends, talent and influencer marketing
- Working knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint and Excel
- Great copywriting skills e.g. able to write content for brand decks
- Appreciates aesthetic design with a keen eye for typography, visual hierarchy and composition
- Excellent communicator, easy to work with, friendly and upbeat
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent time management
