**Ethical Trade Coordinator - Dashboard Design (Technology & Systems)**

**Ethical Trade & Environmental Sustainability (ET/ES) Operations**:
We aim to deliver amazing fashion at amazing prices to Primark customers, whilst maintaining the highest levels of rigour, protecting the people who make our products, ensuring social, environmental and structural compliance. We operate as ‘one team’ with the rest of the business.

**Purpose of role**:
Develops, designs and circulates Social Audit dashboard analytics, Power BI product transforming raw data into meaningful, bespoke insights tailored to the audience. Liaising Reporting Team Colleagues on day to day and upcoming requirements.

**Reports to**:
SETM - Technology & Systems

**Location**: UK

**Key Responsibilities**
Overall
- Has an interest in ESG reporting data considerations and PowerBI
- Analytical thinker for translating data into informative reports and visuals. Confident in developing and designing graphical reports, KPI scorecards and dashboards with a good understanding of data privacy laws, particularly the collecting and processing of personal/sensitive data.

**Knowledge & Experience**

**_Essential_**
- Knowledge of database systems and reporting tools particularly Power BI
- Clear experience in data-specific roles with high level of dashboard and analysis experience

**Behaviours**
- Strong listening and confident communication skills
- Critical thinker and team player proactive in own approach to learning and developing own and teams knowledge and understanding
- Strong Power Bi experience working with dashboards and data through to presenting to peers or line managers
- Team player previous experience working within a team, taking ownership or being a ‘champion’ in a certain area.
