Fairhome Property Group (part of Foursynergy Group) create independent living homes for the most vulnerable of society.

Our service user is at the heart of all we do and we work with multiple partners to provide homes for those with long-term mental health conditions, learning disabilities, acquired brain injury, those who have experienced homelessness, survivors of domestic abuse, children transitioning from children’s social services, and veterans.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Assistant to join our Project Management team. You will play a key role in our team liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders/suppliers to share project related information to ensure the successful delivery of our housing projects.

Based at our offices near Media City Salford with some agile working this is a part time role working 24 hours over 5 days per week. We are flexible on the start and finish time and so this position could work around other commitments you might have.

Key responsibilities will include
- Organising, filing, and chasing outstanding documents for the assembly of Health & Safety Files and Operations & Maintenance Manuals, with the assistance of the Project Manager
- Organising Sharepoint (On-line project collaboration) via liason with the IT Team, to share property related information with Stakeholders
- Activities to support Project management
- Taking meeting notes at construction/refurbishment Project Meetings
- Co-ordination of orders with the Accounts Team to organise Purchase Orders
- Purchasing PPE and maintaining a register of assigned items
- Obtaining supplier/services quotations e.g. furniture, blinds, security, appliances
- Maintenance of Office Supplies as required
- Transferring Utility billing and undertaking queries with Energy suppliers as required

You must have strong IT skills and be confident with the use of Microsoft Office including word/excel/outlook. Experience of using Sharepoint will also be an advantage.

The salary for this position will be circa £25,000 full time (£15,000 pro rata).
