We are seeking an exceptional Technical Theatre Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Technical Department, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth running of our three theatres, conference rooms, and outdoor performance areas.

Job Summary

This role involves carrying out all duties associated with the get-in, fit-up, running, and get-out of a variety of productions & events. You will work closely with our Visiting Companies & clients to provide efficient and professional support for all their technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the planning and execution of technical aspects of productions and events.
  2. Work closely with the Head of Technical and Technical Managers to ensure seamless operations.
  3. Collaborate with Visiting Companies and clients to meet their technical needs.
  4. Perform various tasks to support the company's business objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position in a receiving or producing theatre.
  • Strong skills in theatre lighting, including ETC Networking, LX maintenance, and service of lighting fixtures.
  • Knowledge of current Health and Safety legislation.
  • Good level of IT skills.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £35,247.15 per annum, plus a range of staff benefits, including complimentary and discounted theatre and live event tickets, free car parking, paid day off for your birthday, and access to our Wellbeing Hub.

Estimate Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum based on industry standards.
