We are seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner to join our Theatre team at Oaklands Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our hospital's commitment to excellence.
About the Role
- Support surgical teams during orthopaedic procedures, adhering to strict sterile protocols and guidelines.
- Work closely with our team to ensure seamless theatre operations and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and advancements in your field.
- NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in surgical scrub roles.
- Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a flexible and positive attitude.
- A competitive salary: £45,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience.
