**Role Summary**:
The Manager of Early Careers will be responsible for best-in-class apprenticeships and graduate frameworks, along with oversight of regional early-in-career, emerging leadership, and leadership training programs. This position will work with a wide range of stakeholders within a complex system; and, will ensure that identified projects that support long-term goals of the HR team and the business will be executed.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Lead and expand UK apprenticeship program aligned with UK government commitment.
- Responsible for creating and leading US apprenticeship program with a primary focus for the West Coast to implement a program in operations and supporting functions, as driven by business need.
- Responsible for Europe’s Parker Meggitt College Graduate Program. Collaborate with EMEA Talent Manager regarding rotational placements, manager readiness and engagement, college graduate performance, and final placements. Ensure smooth onboarding and transitions between rotational assignments.
- Execute plan to transition Parker Meggitt college graduate existing cohort programs to the Parker model.
- Serve as primary Learning & Development program manager for EMEA’s Aerospace Group leadership development programs.
- Create instructional design and train those in early career programs.
- Focus on developing diverse talent pipeline.
- Determine project measurements and milestones; and, manage projects to ensure successful implementations.

**Skills, Experience & Abilities**:

- Proven experience of defining, developing and managing a varied range of Early Careers programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and at a global level
- Management of steering committees
- Experience and proficiency in project and change management
- Well developed Consultative Approach
- Demonstrable experience of building brand presence particularly on social media to help in the attraction of top talent
- Up to date knowledge of apprentice/skills development best practice
- Ability to analyse data regarding L&D and ROI
- A relationship builder with outstanding communication skills
