About the Role:
The Well-Being & Benefits Senior Specialist is an integral part of Latham’s Well-Being & Benefits team. This role will be responsible for providing varying degrees of support to local and expatriate lawyers and staff with respect to the administration of firm benefit and well-being programs in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. This role will also collaborate with the local Human Resources teams to ensure that firm programs and resources are being appropriately communicated to build and sustain engagement. This role will be located in our London office**. **Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Other key responsibilities include:

- Acting as a point of contact for benefits and well-being questions from lawyers, paralegals and staff in the EMEA offices and ensuring any issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Leading new hire orientation and off-boarding for local and expatriate lawyers and staff
- Leading global benefits and well-being projects for the firm as it relates to supporting lawyers and staff across EMEA; researching and becoming an internal expert resource for new or enhanced benefit and well-being programs
- Ensuring compliance and proper documentation with regard to all applicable laws and regulations; providing expertise related to the regulatory and legal requirements for employee benefit and well-being plans to employers and employees

- Possess comprehensive knowledge of benefit practices in the UK, and ideally other jurisdictions
- Enjoy working in a team environment with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Have the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion

- Relevant Employee Benefits experience from a corporate environment
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent professional interpersonal and communication skills
