HR/payroll Administrator

Overview:
**Duties**:
- Manage employee records and ensure accuracy in HRIS systems
- Assist with accounts payable tasks related to HR functions
- Utilize software such as Workday, QuickBooks, and PeopleSoft for data entry and reporting
- Analyze HR data to support decision-making processes
- Collaborate with HR team to streamline processes and improve efficiency
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in human resources administration
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday and PeopleSoft
- Familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
