We are looking for an organised and confident Customer Service Administrator to join a 100% employee-owned business whose mission is to be the UK's trusted building partner. This role is based in Avonmouth, Bristol and is a permanent, full-time position.

**Package and Benefits of aCustomer Service Administrator**:

- **Salary**:£22,000 - £24,000 per annum
- **Location**:Avonmouth, Bristol
- **Contract**:Full time, 40 hours per week
- **Hours**:Monday - Friday, 00am - 5.00pm

**Key Responsibilities of aCustomer Service Administrator**:

- Answering inbound telephone calls, dealing with the query efficiently to leave the customer satisfied
- Processing orders, arranging transportation and travel bookings
- Filing and inputting data
- Managing accounts and the inventory levels of the business

**Skills and Experience of aCustomer Service Administrator**:

- Motivated, organised, and a good communicator who thrives upon maintaining good standards
- Able to work collaboratively with all colleagues and the wider business
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel is essential, experience using Microsoft Sage is an advantage
- Full UK Driving License is desirable due to the office location
