**What you’ll be doing**:

- Handling **inbound and outbound** calls
- Providing **exceptional customer service **via telephone
- Tailoring affordable **repayment plans** to help our customers on the road to financial recovery

You’ll spend the** first 2 weeks in office for training Monday-Friday between 9am - 5pm**. Once you’re ready to go, you’ll move onto our weekly shift patterns to ensure we’re there to support our customers when they need us. We are open 6 days a week. M**onday to Thursday 9am-8pm on Friday's 9am-6pm and Saturdays 9am - 1pm. **You have the option of a 37.5 or 40 hours per week contract with shift patterns that can be completed over 5 days per week. This allows you flexibility of a range of shift patterns to suit your own work / life balance; whilst maximising the income you receive. You will work 1 in 4 Saturdays with time off during the week to make up for the 4 hours worked on a Saturday.
