**About Our Client**:
My client is a recognised Not for Profit organisation that supports with social housing within the North West. Their aim is to improve people's lives by giving individuals advice and support on employment, education and housing.

**The key responsibilities of an **Income Officer **will include, but may not be limited to;**
- Supporting on maximising the collection of outstanding debt
- Recover invoices
- Provide financial guidance on rent arrears and service charges
- Minimise arrears
- Develop and implement improvement plans
- Build and maintain effective working relationships
- Identify resolutions for complex cases

**The Successful Applicant**:
**The successful Income Officer** **must possess the following skill set and experience.**
- Background within a Not for Profit and Charities organisation OR Housing Association
- Working within Income related role
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Confidence using a wide range of IT systems
- Able to commute to Stockport
