Office Administrator

We are a Stockport based finance broker supporting UK businesses with funding for equipment lease, hire purchase and loans.

We are seeking an Administrator with good organisational and communicating skills, to join our growing team. If you’re looking for a new and exciting challenge please don’t hesitate to apply.

Job specification
- Prepare finance documents including; checking calculations, checking customer details, liaising with funders re completion of docs & obtaining supplies of docs.
- Verification calls with customers re e-sign docs.
- Answer phone - first point of contact for all incoming calls.
- Check all completed incoming paperwork eg. docs, supplier invoices.
- Pay outs - checking completed docs, scanning & saving signed docs, update Goldvision.
- Liaise with funders re ongoing deals.
- Chase funders re supplier payments.
- Any other customer queries eg settlements, sending copy docs to customers etc.
- Meet & greet guests.
- Frank post.
- Sales support - assisting sales team with new proposals etc.
- Sending out termination information to customers - once a month.
- Assist with end of lease duties.
- Experian ID checks for individuals.
- Land registry searches.
- Taking card payments from customers, over the phone.
- Converting proposals to live agreements on Goldvision.
- Director support - adhoc tasks provided by JR directors eg hotel booking, office procedures, assist with compliance procedures.

Skills required
- Good telephone manner.
- Numeracy - lot of figure work involved.
- Attention to detail - for preparation of finance docs.
- Some credit control experience would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
