**Job description**:
**Person specification**:
Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Planning, developing and evaluating campaigns and projects that support delivery of our business objectives - developing persuasive and insight driven messaging, coordinating activity across internal communications channels integrated with all other College communication.
- Researching, writing, editing, adapting, proofreading and presenting copy, images and other content for all internal communications channels about the College, its products and services, and on wider policing-related issues to attract, inform, and engage staff.
- Managing and maintaining the suite of planning tools and filing systems across internal communications to ensure activity is planned and scheduled in.

To be successful in this role you’ll need:

- Excellent written skills with the ability to produce clear and engaging copy for a range of channels, incorporating an organisation's tone of voice.
- Experience of delivering coordinated internal communications plans designed to inform and engage staff in changes/programmes.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels.
