Quest Employment are delighted to be in partnership with a leading sales and marketing company within the IT sector to offer a permanent position as Telemarketing Executive with commission and progression guaranteed
**Location** - Banbury
**Salary** - £18,500 basic + Commission package
**Hours** - Mon - Fri 8:45am - 5pm, offering early finish on Friday at 4pm
- No prior experience is required as full training for the first 2-3 weeks in the role will be provided._
**The telemarketing executive position will include**:
- Making outbound calls to potential customers and leads
- Building relationships with customer over the phone
- Cold calling
- Selling appropriate products to new customers
- Advising the best service available to new customers
**Knowledge or skills required for telemarketing position**:
- Confidence when speaking to people on the phone with a good phone manner
- Good level on literacy to write short reports
- Self-motivation to deliver against targets
- Good level of computer skills
- Ability to build a good rapport with customers
