We provide financial solutions to a huge range of market sectors. In the last two years we’ve grown from a standing start to a multi-million pound turnover and have built a reputation of service excellence to our clients. We’re set to double the size ofour team and we’re looking for like-minded sales and business development professionals to join us.

It really doesn’t matter where your sales experience has come from - it could be a service or a physical product; you could be selling financial services, leasing, insurance or machine / equipment hire services. Equally, you could be selling in automotivesales, estate agency, manufacturing equipment, building supplies, construction, recruitment or IT & technology.

As our Business Development Executive you’ll build your own portfolio of business clients, contacting them regularly and helping them through the process of securing the best possible finance deal for unique situation. To do this, you’ll need to have:

- _Perseverance_ - it takes time to build great client relationships so you’ll need to be able to keep going for as long as it takes.
- _Integrity_ - we pride ourselves on doing right by our clients - cowboys need not apply.
- _Approachability_ - you’ve got to enjoy talking to people and enjoy picking up the phone to help them.

Overall, what matters most is your desire to achieve (over-achieve really), your positive attitude and your willingness to put the effort in to succeed.

You’ll get all training you need - we’re FCA regulated so everything we do is done properly and you don’t need previous financial sales experience.
