Due to company expansion and growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for an Office Administrator within the team at Metropolitan Demolition Ltd. We are a very well established company within the Demolition industry with over 50 years experience, making us one of the UK's key contractors.

The role available is a full time position, working Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30 based at our offices in Wakefield, with close links to the motorway. On site parking is also available.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

- General office administration duties.
- Handling incoming calls and taking messages, ensuring that all matters are dealt with appropriately.
- Holiday and sickness records.
- Handling incoming post and deliveries.
- Liasion with clients and suppliers
- Providing administrarive support and diary management to the Managing Director.
- Organise meetings ands site visits.
- Filing and ordering all office stationary.
- Hire and off hire of equipment.
- Dealing with and organising site requirements e.g ordering fuel, arranging equipment deliveries.
- Administration and Office Management
- Microsoft 365
- Experience working in a busy office environment
- Demonstrate high levels of initiative and organisation skills
- Ability to work efficiently and confidently
- Organise priorities to ensure work is completed and delivered accurately and on time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £27,500.00 per year
